The video documentary “CoSea. Critical Visions from the Sea” is produced by Raw-News Visual Production Agency and directed by Federico Fornaro. Based on the research conducted by the COSEA research group supported by the project CoSea_Lab (Third Mission Funds of the Sapienza University of Rome) and the collaboration of the EU Horizon project PartArt4OW, the documentary retraces the key themes that emerged from a participatory investigation into major socio-environmental emergencies — from coastal erosion to marine pollution, the privatization of beaches, and the silting of the harbor. Through scientific documentation, it unveils the voices and testimonies of those who experience firsthand the complex and fragile relationship between the coast and the ocean.
