Access is available to LSEG Workspace Datastream, a database from Thomson Financial, one of the world's leading providers of financial and economic information. The data, which is regularly updated and also available in historical series, includes key economic indicators, equities, bonds, exchange rates and interest rates.

SBS Electronic Resources

AIDA (Computerised analysis of Italian companies)  database created and distributed by Bureau van Dijk, containing the financial statements, personal and product data of all active Italian limited companies (excluding banks, insurance companies and public bodies) and including a search engine for consulting and exporting data. 
 
Business Source Complete  provides bibliographic and full-text content from over 1,200 academic and specialist journals in the fields of economics, finance, marketing, business and management. The database also contains detailed author profiles for the 25,000 most cited authors in the database. It includes financial data, references from books, monographs, important reference works, conference proceedings, case studies, investment research reports, industry reports, market research, country reports, company profiles, and SWOT analyses. 
 
EconLit Scientific literature for economic disciplines with articles dating back to 1886. It is the main bibliographic database for searching scientific articles in economic disciplines produced by the American Economic Association, which has been a benchmark in the production and analysis of economic literature for 120 years and created the JEL Classification. Thousands of titles with abstracts from academics in Macroeconomics, Monetary Economics, Microeconomics, International Economics, Financial Economics, Public Economics, Law and Economics, Economic History, Quantitative Methods and the main areas of Management and Business Administration. It includes the full text of the Book Reviews section of the AEA's Journal of Economic Literature since 1993, links to the full text of over 40,000 working papers. It collects bibliographic citations and abstracts of articles, working papers, contributions published in miscellanies, doctoral theses, and reviews.

Since 2020, the resource has been available and accessible free of charge
 
JSTOR Journal Storage archive of digitised journals of the most qualified English-language periodical literature starting from their first issue and generally available up to five years prior to the current year.
 
MathSciNet Database of reviews, summaries and bibliographic information on global mathematical literature since 1940, curated by AMS - American Mathematical Society.
 
MyDesk24  platform for integrated consultation of documents relating to the information assets of the Gruppo 24 Ore (articles, online vertical newspapers, comments, expert insights, Frizzera System files, monographs, operational tools).
Access is available from the University network and from home by authenticating via the University's IdM.
 
OECD iLibrary  The database (in English and French) is the most comprehensive collection of macroeconomic statistics on OECD member countries, with more than 1 million monthly, quarterly and annual series. It provides online access to all OECD publications published since 1998. It includes the full text of 1,500 monographic publications (yearbooks and reports published by the OECD), organised into 20 themes and downloadable online, and the full text of 24 periodicals published by the OECD. Services activated: Library OECD statistics online, Library main economic indicators, Library main science and technology indicators, Library OECD economic outlook, Library OECD economic surveys, Library journal, Library OECD industry and services employment, Library OECD education, Library OECD social issues/migration/health, Library OECD trade.  
  • Italian electronic publishing
    • RivisteWeb: www.rivisteweb.it access to 85 journals published by Il Mulino (available since 1997) and 17 from the publisher Carocci (available since 2008) in the fields of social sciences, political economy and humanities.
    • DarwinBooks: www.darwinbooks.it publications on philosophy, economics, linguistics, psychology and law, with individual chapters available for consultation and download for personal use.
    • FrancoAngeli Journals: https://access.torrossa.com/en/publishers/franco-angeli.html approximately 80 periodicals from one of Italy's leading publishers. The disciplines most covered are economics, sociology, psychology, philosophy and history.

Orbis All companies, a database created and distributed by Bureau van Dijk, covers limited companies and unincorporated entities, active and inactive, worldwide without size restrictions, including banks, insurance companies and financial companies. Over 425 million entities worldwide. The financial statement data is presented in a reclassified and aggregated format (Global Standard Format), which is universal and standard for all countries (but less detailed than AIDA, for which it cannot be considered a substitute product) with historical series up to 10 years.
The resource is not indexed in DiscoverySapienza and can be accessed from home via A-Z proxy and FLYER. Access for 10 simultaneous users, using ad hoc credentials (the same as those used for AIDA), can be requested using the form available in the database tab.
